All of our cakes and components are made right here in the bakery from scratch. No cake mixes, pre-made frostings, or anything that is not entirely ours!
Classic Cake Flavors
Vanilla Bean
Moist Norohy Vanilla bean cake layers with Norohy Vanilla Bean mousse, white chocolate crispearls and vanilla bean buttercream.
Dark Chocolate
Moist Valrhona dark chocolate cake layers with milk chocolate mousse, milk chocolate crispearls and rich chocolate ganache.
Chocolate Red Velvet
Alternating moist Valrhona dark chocolate and red velvet cake layers with cheesecake mousse, dark chocolate crispearls and vanilla buttercream.
Sprinkle
Moist golden vanilla cake layers with vanilla buttercream coated in rainbow sprinkles.

Celebrate your tiny human’s first trip around the sun with a 4” version of our Sprinkle Cake, perfect for smashing!
Classic Cake Flavors can be made Gluten-Free and/or Vegan. Vegan cakes will be made with Vegan Buttercream and will not include a mousse or crispearl filling. Gluten-Free cakes will be made without crispearls.
Pavlova
Perfectly crisp and chewy meringue discs layered with freshly whipped sweet cream and fresh berries (gluten-free).

Cake Order Details
Our cakes are offered as described (sorry, no alterations) but we do offer several custom topper add-ons.
We do not offer any fondant work, custom decoration, or stacked cakes.
Cakes will be chilled when picked up for safety during transport but are served best at room temperature for the cake to achieve ideal flavors and textures. Allow several hours for the cake to come up to room temperature. Pavlova should be held and served completely chilled.
48-hour notice is required for all cake orders, as we make all our cakes to order and do not stock pre-made cakes in the bakery. In some instances, we may be able to accommodate a short-notice cake order, but Executive Pastry Chef/Owner, Sami Gustafson must approve it. A rush-order fee may apply.
You should place your order as soon as you are able to ensure we can accommodate your order due to the volume and quantity of other orders. Advance notice does not guarantee an order can be fulfilled.
We are closed on Mondays and cannot accommodate any special order pick-ups on that day.
